Pricing

Clear scope. Honest pricing.

Every project starts with understanding your business, your customers and what you want to achieve — not with a number.

Our recommended starting model keeps things predictable: fixed-price, tightly scoped website packages; paid discovery for complex apps; and optional, bounded maintenance so nothing drags on after launch.

In a first conversation we prioritize your goals, essential features, budget and timing — then gather the technical details once we’ve established a good fit.

Fixed-price website packages

Tightly scoped packages with a fixed price, so you know the cost before development begins.

Marketing support and content plans

Monthly plans are billed per month; one-time services and extras are single purchases. An original is one distinct idea, a caption up to 150 words, and a single-image design — one original adapted to two channels is two placements, not two originals. All plans cover one business, one brand, one language, and one agreed target market, and supported channels are confirmed before enrollment.

Monthly plans

Presence

$399 / month

Keep one channel current with useful, on-brand content.

  • 4 original static posts each month
  • 1 approved social channel, up to 4 placements
  • Captions, simple branded graphics, and a monthly calendar
  • Scheduling after your written approval
  • 1 consolidated revision round
  • Monthly summary and 20-minute check-in

Newsletter creation and comment/DM handling are separate.

Momentum

For two social channels

$699 / month

Coordinate your message across two channels.

  • 8 original static posts each month
  • Adaptation to 2 approved channels, up to 16 placements
  • Captions, graphics, calendar, and approved scheduling
  • Monthly profile/link accuracy check
  • 1 consolidated revision round
  • Monthly report and 30-minute check-in

Reusing one core post on both channels counts as one original and two placements. Newsletter creation and comment/DM handling are separate.

Connected Marketing

$999 / month

Connect social content with email and your website.

  • Everything in Momentum, including 8 originals and up to 16 placements
  • 1 newsletter up to 500 words, sent once to an existing opted-in list of up to 1,000 contacts
  • 1 small existing-page copy/CTA update up to 300 words
  • Combined monthly performance summary
  • 1 consolidated revision round for the monthly batch
  • 45-minute check-in in place of the Momentum call

Requires an existing email-ready account, approved template, consent records, and website access. New pages, redesigns, automations, and community handling are separate.

One-time services

Launch covers profile preparation for its new accounts; Social Profile Refresh is for existing owned profiles and is never added automatically.

Marketing Clarity Audit

$249 one time

A review of up to five website pages and one social profile, with a positioning recommendation, five prioritized actions, a 30-minute review call, and one factual-correction round. Implementation is separate.

Single Platform Launch

$299 one time

Establish one new business presence on a suitable social platform.

  • One brand and one new business account or page
  • Audience and platform-fit check plus available handle options
  • Profile copy, category, contact details, links, and available call to action
  • Supplied logo cropped for the profile and one supplied-asset cover/banner where supported
  • One guided creation session of up to 60 minutes
  • Launch checks, one consolidated revision round, and a written handoff
  • One 30-minute training call and up to 30 minutes of follow-up support over 14 calendar days

Two Platform Launch

$499 one time

Launch two coordinated business presences for the same brand.

  • Everything in Single Platform Launch, adapted for two agreed platforms
  • Consistent profile messaging and supplied brand assets across both
  • One guided creation session of up to 90 minutes in total
  • Connection between the accounts where eligible, supported, and approved
  • One shared revision round, handoff, and 30-minute training call
  • Up to 30 minutes of follow-up support across both accounts over 14 calendar days

$99 less than purchasing two separate single-platform launches.

Additional Platform

$199 one time

Add one eligible new business presence to the same launch project.

Same brand, assets, language, brief, review round, and handoff. Includes up to 45 extra minutes of guided creation; it does not add another training call or support allowance. Different brands, later projects, or complex requirements receive a separate quote.

Social Profile Refresh

$299 one time

Up to two existing owned profiles, improved bios and links, consistent supplied brand assets, two reusable static-post templates, and one revision round.

Local Search Foundation

$449 one time

One existing eligible, verified Google Business Profile plus selected on-page basics for up to three existing website pages, with up to 450 new words total and one revision round.

Email Ready Setup

$299 one time

One reusable newsletter template and one supported signup/preference path in an existing email platform, plus authentication review and unsubscribe testing. Client supplies approved sender details, policy text, mailing address, and consent records.

Optional extras

Optional services require an affirmative selection. The Launch Content Pack is draft delivery only; the retainer extras add to an existing monthly plan's scope.

Launch Content Pack

$199 one time

Three distinct static post drafts for one agreed platform, each with a caption of up to 150 words and a simple single-image layout using your supplied, licensed assets. Includes one consolidated revision round.

Light Community Care

$299/month

For clients on a monthly plan. Up to two supported channels; checks Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in an agreed two-hour weekday window in the client's timezone; maximum 14 checks and 20 routine replies monthly, with up to 10 minutes per check. Limits apply to whichever is reached first.

We use approved responses and escalate issues needing your decision. Messages wait until the next scheduled check, sometimes over a weekend. No guaranteed response-time SLA, evenings, weekends, urgent support, crisis response, or automated outreach.

Extra static content

$199 per batch

Four additional originals adapted within the current channel count, one revision round.

Extra newsletter

$199

One additional send within the existing template, audience, and 500-word limits, one revision round.

Advertising spend, software or platform subscriptions, paid verification, premium assets, and applicable taxes are separate. Ads require a readiness review and an approved, separate scope and budget. Facebook and Instagram count as two launch platforms; supported platforms are Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn business pages, and eligible TikTok business presences — features and eligibility vary. Basic business accounts generally have no opening fee; clients pay AYCD for its service work, and Google provides its business listing at no charge. If publishing is unavailable, we agree a draft-only scope and revised quote before enrollment. Where written terms are not yet in place, billing and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written proposal before any commitment.

What we’ll ask in our first conversation

These questions help us recommend a realistic scope, explain costs and agree on clear deliverables before development begins. You don’t need answers to all of them — we start with your goals, essential features, budget and timing, and gather the technical details once we’ve established a good fit.

  • What does your business do, and who are you trying to reach?
  • Are we creating something new or improving an existing website or app?
  • What should visitors be able to do, such as request a quote, book, buy or manage an account?
  • Which features are essential for launch, and which can wait?
  • What isn’t working well in your current process?
  • Do you have examples of designs you like or dislike?
  • What budget range are you comfortable with, including ongoing costs?
  • Is there a deadline or event driving the launch?
  • Do you already have a logo, content, images, domain and hosting?
  • Does the project need to connect with payments, booking software or other business tools?
  • Will it handle customer accounts, private information or other sensitive data?
  • Who will provide feedback and approve the finished work?
  • Who will maintain the site or app after launch?
  • What would make this project a success for you?
